Be familiar with the network structure and principles of Huawei G, U, L, and U2000.
Be familiar with products such as Huawei BSC6900/BSC6910/U2000/PRS/BTS3900/CME.
Be able to independently perform BSC/BTS/NodeB/eNodeB deployment and capacity expansion, including network design, installation supervision, commissioning, integration, and acceptance.
Be familiar with typical wireless solutions, such as four-carrier capacity expansion, six-sector reconstruction, and co-MPT reconstruction. Be familiar with site materials and be able to independently complete design and delivery.
Have the capability of team management, partner management and local employee cultivation.
Work actively and be able to work under pressure.
