RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Wireless Engineer/Technician (m/f/d) in Mexico.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for an operational supporting system of a large-scale commercial telecommunication network
• Coordinate with different supporting teams and customers to implement and support comprehensive monitoring and performance reporting capabilities
• Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting on the client´s wireless GSM/UMTS/LTE products
• Manage customers´ problems and meet the SLA commitment
• Provide onsite survey, planning, installation, commissioning, upgrade, network optimization and material management on wireless products and solutions
• Provide technical support in pre-sales activities like tenders and customer technical clarifications

Your Profile:

• Hands-on skill and knowledge on wireless GSM/UMTS/LTE technology
• Familiar with telecommunication vendor environment
• Familiar with wireless system design, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting
• Ability to think laterally and problem solve
• Good oral and verbal communication skills and time management
• Understand and willing to follow cybersecurity requirement
