Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen UX Arhitekten (m/w/d) in Opfikon.

Remote / Home-Office: aufgrund der aktuellen Home-Office-Situation, aber in der Regel und nach Lockerung der Maßnahmen vor Ort in Opfikon.

Das UX & Product Team arbeiten mit verschiedenen Squads im Unternehmen zusammen, entwickeln Konzepte und eine bessere User Experience.

Der ideale Kandidat sollte eine Person mit fundierter Erfahrung (mindestens 3-5 Jahre) als UX-Architekt sein, der fließend Englisch spricht und einen hands-on Ansatz hat. Erfahrung im Umgang mit PEGA und Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Der Starttermin wäre Mitte Mai oder Juni.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Identifikation und Analyse von User Pain Points auf Basis von User Research
• Erfüllung der Nutzerbedürfnisse durch Erstellung strategischer Konzepte und ggf. Durchführung von Workshops und Präsentation der entwickelten Konzepte
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (Product Owner, Business Analysten, Entwickler, etc.) und Erstellung von Journey- und Produkt-Roadmaps
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung des PEGA-Tools in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Squads und Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil:

• Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als User Experience Architect (gerne auch Senior erfahrene Kandidaten
• Fließendes Englisch* Deutsch ist ein Bonus
• Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit strategischem und analytischem Denken
• Erfahrung mit PEGA (nicht zwingend erforderlich)
• Erfahrung in einem agilen, funktionsübergreifenden Umfeld
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bildung ist Bonus

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a UX Arhitect (m/f/d) in Opfikon.

The UX & Product team are working with different squads in the company, developing concepts and better user experience.

The ideal candidate should be a person with solid experience (at least 3-5 years) as a UX architect, fluent in English and with a hands-on approach. Experience working with PEGA and knowledge of German is a plus. The start date would be mid-May or June.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identification and analysis of user pain points based on user research.
• Meeting user needs by creating strategic concepts and, if necessary, conducting workshops and presenting the developed concepts
• Collaboration with various stakeholders (product owners, business analysts, developers, etc.) and creation of journey and product roadmaps
• Continuous optimization of the PEGA tool in collaboration with different squads and stakeholders

Your Profile:

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a User Experience Architect (senior experienced candidates are welcome as well
• Fluent English* German is a bonus
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic and analytical thinking
• Experience with PEGA (not mandatory)
• Experience working in an agile, cross-functional environment
• Professional experience in education is bonus
