Job Description

Network Monitoring Support new card installs
Act as point of contact for technical issues with the NOC team
Troubleshoot and fault find technical issues on ATM, SDH, DWDM
Transmission Engineer (OSN 3500, 6800, 8800) requirements;
ATM, SDH, DWDM knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and faultfinding
Use of TTS (Trouble Ticketing Systems)
Worked previously in a NOC team or environment
Must have the platform experience
