Location: Dusseldorf, 3 days per week onsite

Salary: €100,000 per annum

Position:

Manager (m/f/d) - Construction Partner Onboarding Team

Description:

As the leader of our Construction Partner Onboarding Team, you will play a pivotal role in the swift and efficient onboarding of new construction partner companies. Your primary goal is to facilitate their integration into our operations to achieve our expansion and corporate objectives. You will oversee and control the post-contract processes for new construction partners, designing training programs, onboarding guidelines, and training materials to familiarize them with our workflows and processes. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining quality standards will be central to your responsibilities. Additionally, you and your team will be responsible for preparing new projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless integration of new civil engineering partners into our partner network, as well as the setup of new FTTH projects.
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor onboarding and setup processes, ensuring the availability of all necessary resources, information, and training.
  • Provide support and guidance to your team, fostering their professional development.
  • Maintain adherence to specified goals and milestones, ensuring timely progress throughout the entire process.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners to foster long-term, successful collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Gather feedback from all stakeholders to continuously improve processes and onboarding programs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure our partner relationships meet our requirements.
  • Report process progress to the management team.

Your Profile:

  • Educational background or relevant training in a related field.
  • Prior leadership experience, along with a background in project management or a similar coordinating role.
  • Aptitude for strategic thinking and conceptual planning.
  • Familiarity with fiber optic expansion or construction processes is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in designing effective teaching-learning environments.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
