Energy Engineer

• Lead the local team to complete the new migration and optimization of network energy design, output HLD/LLD configuration script, etc.;
• Lead the local team to complete the new network energy migration and optimization of new equipment on-line commissioning, integration and business cutover, and be responsible for the problem positioning and processing in the process;
• Responsible for the preparation, review, MOP production and change execution of complex network change plans such as new energy network migration and optimization;
• Responsible for energy product delivery strategy, delivery plan formulation, technical issues and risk management, and technical exchanges and communications with customers;

• Responsible for local team management and echelon capacity building training, with program design, fault location, problem handling analysis and processing capabilities;

  Business skill requirements:

• Possess the basic knowledge of power supply and distribution, HVAC of communication site/data center
• With energy product (communication power supply, site monitoring, oil machine, battery, data center solution, UPS, intelligent temperature control, DCIM) program design, version verification and acceptance, project, etc.;
• Familiar with energy products and have similar work experience in product development/testing/maintenance
• Sort out the service delivery model of large-scale projects and improve the digital delivery capability

能源工程师

• 领导本地团队完成网络能源设计的新迁移和优化，输出HLD / LLD配置脚本等；
• 带领当地团队完成新的网络能量迁移和新设备的优化在线调试，集成和业务切换，并负责过程中的问题定位和处理；
• 负责新能源网络的迁移和优化等复杂网络变更计划的准备，审查，MOP生成和变更执行；
• 负责能源产品的交付策略，交付计划的制定，技术问题和风险管理以及与客户的技术交流和沟通；
• 负责本地团队管理和梯队能力建设培训，具有程序设计，故障定位，问题处理分析和处理能力；

业务技能要求：

• 具备供电和配电，通信站点/数据中心的HVAC的基本知识
• 具有能源产品（通信电源，现场监控，油机，电池，数据中心解决方案，UPS，智能温度控制，DCIM）的程序设计，版本验证和验收，项目等；
• 熟悉能源产品，在产品开发/测试/维护方面具有类似的工作经验
• 梳理大型项目的服务交付模型，提高数字交付能力
