Ihr Profil:

Top-3-Fähigkeiten:

• Sie haben schon einmal Standortakquise in der Region Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen oder NRW durchgeführt und kennen die lokalen Ansprechpartner und auch die regionalen Standortakquisitionsfirmen
• Erfahren darin, die Partner unter Druck zu setzen, damit die Akquisition pünktlich und effektiv durchgeführt wird
• Erfahren in der Projektverfolgung und im Reporting (diese Mitarbeiter werden an den Geschäftsführer berichten)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verbindung mit lokalen Behörden und Landbesitzern, um Standorte zuzuweisen und zu sichern
• Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Aktualisierung des Bestands in allen relevanten Systemen
• Erfassen von Prognoseinformationen und Umwandlung in Budgetanforderungen
• Häufige Inspektion von komplexen Colocation-Dachstandorten
• Überwachung der Akquisitionsaktivitäten und Sicherstellung, dass die Checklisten eingehalten und erfüllt werden
• Schnittstelle zu GU8 und anderen Lieferanten in allen Aspekten in Bezug auf Telxius-Einrichtungen
• Klärungs- und Steuerungspunkt
• PO-Validierungspunkt
• Häufige Kontrollen der Wartungsaudits
• Sicherstellung der Qualität der Standorte in der Region

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Site Acquisition Manager / Coordinator (m/f/d) in Home Office München - HESSEN, NORDRHEIN-WESTFALEN und RHEINLAND-PFALZ.

Your Profile:

Top 3 Skills:

• Have carried out site acquisition in either Berlin and NRW region before, they need to know the local points of contacts and also the region site acquisition companies.
• Experienced in pushing the partners to get the acquisition done on time and effectively
• Skilled in project tracking and reporting (these guys are going to be reporting into the MD)

Your Responsibilities:

• Liaise with local authorities and landowners to allocate to secure sites
• Assure timely inventory updates in all relevant systems
• Capture forecast information and transform into budget requirements
• Frequent inspection of complex Colocation rooftop locations
• Monitor acquisition activities and assure check sheets are maintained and achieved
• Interface to GU8 and other suppliers in all aspects related to Telxius facilities
• Clarification and governance point
• PO validation point
• Frequent maintenance audit checks
• Assure quality of sites in region
