Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Spezialisten für Standortakquisition (m/w/d) im Home-Office (idealerweise Berlin oder München, aber wir ziehen alle Standorte in Betracht, da die Rolle auf Home-Office mit Kunden-/Vor-Ort-Treffen fokussiert ist).

Ihr Profil und Aufgaben:

• Sprachen: Minimum B2 Deutsch / Englisch
• Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit gewissen lokalen Kenntnissen und Verbindungen innerhalb der regionalen Gemeinden
• Akquisition (Standortsuche und -sicherung) von Standorten für den Aufbau der Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur
• Gute Kenntnisse des rechtlichen Status von Gebieten und Standorten, auf denen Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur installiert werden kann
• Identifizierung, Kontaktaufnahme und Verhandlung mit potentiellen Grundstückseigentümern bis zum Vertragsabschluss
• Erstellung von Standortunterlagen, Angeboten und Mietverträgen

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Site Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) in Home-Office (ideally Berlin or Munich, but we will consider all locations since the role will be home-office focussed with customer/site meetings).

Your Profile and Responsibilities:

• Languages: Minimum B2 German / English
• 3+ years’ experience with certain local knowledge and connections within the regional municipalities
• Acquisition (location search and securing) of locations for the construction of the telecommunications infrastructure
• Good knowledge of the legal status of areas and locations where telecommunication infrastructure can be installed
• Identifying, contacting and negotiating with potential property owners up to the conclusion of the contract
• Creation of location documentation, offers and rental agreements
