Job Description

Position Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with Database maintenance.
  • Must have experience in data mining by SQL (other programming skills is an advantage).
  • Familiar with teleoperators’ Call Center processes and routine works.
  • Fluent Chinese language skill is a must.
  • CS/PS Core Network experience is preferred.
  • Huawei SmartCare delivery experience (Probe/SEQ/UC) is an advantage.

职位要求：

  • 必须熟悉数据库维护。
  • 必须具有通过SQL进行数据挖掘的经验（其他编程技能是优先）。
  • 熟悉远程操作员的呼叫中心流程和例行工作。
  • 流利的中文能力是必须的。
