Als Bauleiter:in treibst du den Ausbau des Mobilfunknetzes in luftiger Höhe voran und begleitest unsere Baustellen bis zur Fertigstellung.

Deine Aufgaben sind hierbei insbesondere:

• Angebotserstellung, -einholung und Beauftragung
• Koordination der Nachunternehmer
• Terminplanung, Anpassung und Kontrolle
• Eigentümerabstimmungen
• Kommunikation mit dem Auftraggeber
• Begleitung von Abnahmen
• Koordination ggf. erforderlicher Mängelbeseitigungen
• Aufmaßerstellung und Kostenfeststellung
• Hauptansprechpartner für die Baustelle

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen von Vorteil (z.B. Elektrotechnik)
• Erfahrungen im Mobilfunkbereich wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
• Gesundheitlicher Eignungstest (G41) und bestehender Steigpass optional, Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren erwünscht
• Engagierte, selbständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungskraft und technisches Verständnis
• Bereitschaft, Probleme lösungsorientiert auch außerhalb regulärer Arbeitszeiten zu klären
• Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb NRW

Sprache

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

As a construction manager, you will drive the expansion of the mobile phone network at dizzying heights and accompany our construction sites until completion.

Your tasks are in particular:

• Preparing, obtaining and commissioning offers
• Coordination of subcontractorsSchedule planning, adjustment and control
• Owner coordination
• Communication with the client
• Accompaniment of acceptances
• Coordination of any necessary rectification of defects
• Preparation of measurements and cost determination
• Main contact for the construction site

Qualification

• Completed training in construction is an advantage (e.g. electrical engineering)
• Experience in mobile communications is desirable, but not required
• Health aptitude test (G41) and existing climbing pass optional, willingness to complete this is desired
• Dedicated, independent and result-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and technical understanding
• Willingness to solve problems in a solution-oriented manner, even outside of regular working hours
• Driving license and willingness to travel within NRW

Language

• Very good knowledge of German
