RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Site Design Manager (m/f/d) in South Africa on a freelance basis.

Tasks:

• Product design: for example, brackets, RRU stands, Civil work and structure designs
• Special sites designs :for example : Transmission and Resilience sites
• Low Profile Designs ,Old site upgrade (Upgrade of existing Sites). Able to amend drawings to new/upgraded equipment for installation.
• NSB (New sites build designs) Wireless cellphone tower design
• Attend and conduct site surveys for new cell tower sites and existing sites and provide AutoCAD Drawings
• Generate detailed designs as per client requirements
• Generate as-built drawings of completed sites
• Liaise with clients on site specifications and design revisions
• Develop product solutions as per client requirements
• Able to amend drawings to new/upgraded equipment for installation

Skills and Experience required for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in the Telecommunications Industry or related technical field
• Model design, manufacturing design, laser cutting, Design technician
• Have 3-5 years Auto CAD , 3D experience and inventor 3D in telecommunication industry
• (NSB and Tower upgrades and BTS equivalents layout)
• Be able to work on Site Solution designs and immense pressure and should have time management.
• Team and Project Management experience
• Own Laptop computer in working condition
• Subcontractors management experience and controlling of site survey and design progress and quality
