• Analyse and check the radio network parameters for GSM/UMTS/LTE sites.
• Design and propose suitable RAN solution for each site - antenna and hardware radio modules to be installed on site after site survey (BTB) has been completed.
• Technical interface between Telefonica and sub-contractors for radio planning and hardware solution design.
• Technical trainer to sub-contractors about standardised Telefonica RAN solution design and Hardware package selection/ordering process.
• Train and guide sub-contractors to make accurate equipment and antenna material order proposal based on site solution design and available equipment packages.
• Support Telefonica back-office team for site Commissioning and Integration after site Installation.
