Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Site Acceptance Engineer (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf oder Hamburg auf freiberuflicher Basis.

Aufgabenbereich:

• Prüfung der technischen Dokumentation mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Bauarbeiten
• Durchführung von externen Abnahmetests und Prüfung von Mängelbeseitigung
• Dokumentation von Mängeln und deren Beseitigung
• Prüfung der Arbeitssicherheit sowie des Handwerks basierend auf der Dokumentation
• Annahme aller nötigen Dokumente und Informationen für Baustellenbegehungen
• Prüfung von Plänen in Übereinstimmung mit den Planungsvorschriften und Protokolls der Baustellenbegehung
• Prüfung des Montagekonzepts
• Prüfung der Vollständigkeit der Baustellendokumentation
• Stand der Inbetriebnahme und Bearbeitung von As-Built-Mängeln
• Vereinbarungen mit externen Stellen
• Kommunikation mit den internen Experten
• Koordination von Terminen für Abnahmetests

Für die Position erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Berufserfahrung:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
• Relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Bauwesen
• Erfahrung im Ausbau / in der Inbetriebnahme von Telekommunikationsnetzbestandteilen
• Gute Kenntnisse im Mobilfunk und - Good knowledge of mobile communications and Infrastrukturbau
• Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Fähigkeit unter Stress zu arbeiten sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Site Acceptance Engineer (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf oder Hamburg on a freelance basis.

Tasks:

• Checking of technical documentation with focus on Civil Works
• Carrying out off-site acceptance tests and verifying the elimination of defects
• Documentation of defects and verification of defect rectification
• Checking work safety as well as craftsmanship based on the documentation
• Collection of all necessary documents and information for the site inspections
• Checking of plans (red pencil drawing/ as-built plans/ parts lists/ StoB, various requirements) in accordance with the planning manual and the site inspection protocol
• Checking of the installation concept, antenna layout, rack or room layout, cable and line types, specifications for protection of historical monuments, etc., consideration of work safety
• Check for completeness of site documentation
• Status of commissioning and processing of as-built deficiencies
• Agreements with external bodies, such as GU’s/ planning offices/ B-NetzA/ Sto. owners and network operators (radio network planners, acceptance companies, field service)
• Communication with internal experts (site coordinators, documentation and project staff, SIFA)
• Coordination of appointments for Sto. acceptance tests

Skills and Experience required for the role:

• Completed technical training or comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant experience in the field of Civil Works
• Experience in the construction / commissioning of telecommunications network elements
• Good knowledge of mobile communications and infrastructure construction
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and sense of responsibility
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
