Aufgaben

• Aufbau der Organisationsstruktur und Entwicklung operativer Aktivitäten
• Aufbau, Entwicklung und Ausbau des entsprechenden Teams
• End-to-End-Management aller externen und internen Lieferanten, beginnend mit der Akquise geeigneter Standorte über den Planungs- und Bauprozess bis hin zur Übergabe des Standorts
• Selbstständiges Projektmanagement des Baus neuer mobiler Dachstellplätze unter Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer und rechtlicher Anforderungen
• Prüfung und Genehmigung von Angeboten, Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplänen und Bauanträgen sowie aller für den Bauprozess erforderlichen Dokumente

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik), vergleichbare Qualifikation oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikationen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung des Bauprozesses neuer mobiler Dachstellplätze
• Herausragende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement für mobile Dachstellplätze
• Kenntnisse der deutschen Gesetze und Umweltvorschriften

Tasks

• Set up organizational structure and develop operational activities
• Build, develop and grow the respective team
• End-to-end management of all external and internal suppliers starting with the acquisition of suitable sites through the planning and construction process until the handover of the site
• Independent project management of construction of new rooftop mobile sites while ensuring compliance with technical and legal requirements
• Review and approval of offers, design and implementation plans and building applications and all documents necessary for the construction process

Qualifications

• Completed studies (e.g. civil engineer, electrical engineer), comparable qualification or completed vocational training with additional qualifications
• Several years of experience in managing the construction process of new rooftop mobile sites
• Exceptional knowledge and experience in project management for rooftop mobile sites
• Knowledge of German laws, and environmental regulations
