Das machst Du bei uns:

• Du bist verantwortlich für die operative Führung von Partnerunternehmen (und deren zugeordneten Bereichen) beim Aufbau von FTTH-Infrastruktur im Bereich Hausanschlüsse
• Du stehst im regelmäßigen Dialog mit den Partnern und identifizierst und behebst kritische Punkte in den Ausbauprojekten
• Du hast die Ausbauzahlen sowie Plan- und Ist-Status stets im Blick, kommunizierst diese regelmäßig und steuerst proaktiv auf das beste Ergebnis zu
• Du stellst jederzeit eine optimale Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern sicher
• Du kommunizierst die Umsetzung von Geschäftsprozessen und Kontrollmechanismen im jeweiligen Partnermanagement-Umfeld inhaltlich und methodisch
• Du betreust die Auswahl, das Onboarding und die Weiterentwicklung von Partnern

Folgendes solltest Du mitbringen:

• Du Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches, betriebswirtschaftliches oder kaufmännisches Studium mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
• Du bringst bereits umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Dienstleistermanagement und Projektmanagement mit
• Du kennst dich in der Bau- oder Telekommunikationsbranche aus, idealerweise im FTTH-Umfeld
• Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und unternehmerischem Denken
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den Office-Tools (Excel) und hast erste Erfahrungen mit Datenanalysetools (z.B. Power BI)
• Du bist kommunikativ, durchsetzungsstark und hast ein sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten

This is what you do with us:

• You are responsible for the operational management of partner companies (and their assigned areas) in the construction of FTTH infrastructure in the area of house connections
• You are in regular dialogue with the partners and identify and resolve critical issues in the expansion projects
• You keep a constant eye on the expansion figures as well as planned and actual statuses, communicate these regularly and proactively steer towards the best result
• You ensure optimal cooperation between internal and external contacts at all times
• You communicate the implementation of business processes and control mechanisms in the relevant partner management environment in terms of content and methodology
• You oversee the selection, onboarding and further development of partners

You should have the following:

• You have a degree in economics, a degree in business administration or commercial training with relevant further training
• You already have extensive experience in service provider management and project management
• You are familiar with the construction or telecommunications industry, ideally in the FTTH environment
• Your way of working is characterised by a high level of initiative, independence and entrepreneurial thinking
• You are confident in using Office tools (Excel) and have some experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)
• You are communicative, assertive and have a confident and self-assured demeanour
