RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Senior Site Coordinator (m/f/d) in Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

• Wireless Technical engineer for project deployment, including but not limited to New Build, Swaps, capacity extensions, network modernization etc.
• Ensure site by site technical solutions from equipment point of view, as well as rollout solution, output site level order proposals including equipment and service;
• External and internal interface for technical project coordination, such as site solution clarification with customer, rollout solution clarification with partners
• Provide technical support and configuration service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team
• Deliver technical presentations/workshops and training for partners
• Subcontractor training and certification, ensure rollout quality

Your Profile:

• At least 4 years practical experience within wireless delivery projects (engineering, team leading, coordination or back office OMC/NMS/NOC)
• Good experience in wireless systems GSM / UMTS / LTE, especially equipment knowledges
• Good knowledge of standard on site installation procedures and transmission network design, basic core network knowledge;
• Preferred experience of wireless design, back office, OMC/NMC/NOC operation in multivendor environment
• Demonstrate strong technical experience for integration and troubleshooting of wireless products.
• Good negotiation skills to be able to influence the decision of discussions with customers and suppliers
• Autonomous, strong learning and team cooperation ability
• Good Germany and English
• Able to travel within Germany
