RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Senior Game Operation Manager (m/f/d) in Russia.

Your Responsibilities:

• Great understanding of the Russian game market; being familiar with common operation strategies and operation channels and continuously innovate new successful operation experiences
• Keep up with the changes in the game market and competitive products, summarize the global game market and product information, and actively explore new market opportunities
• Integrate operation and user data, deeply analyze operation effects, and continuously optimize operation strategies
• Lead the team to challenge target and develop operational talent

Your Profile:

• Holders of bachelor’s degree or above in project management, marketing, or related research
• At least five years of successful local operation experience in game release and promotion in Russia
• In-depth understanding of the preferences of most local game users and strong data analysis and processing capabilities
• Successful cross-cultural team management experience and consistently lead projects with a goal-oriented and an proactive approach
• English can be used as the working language. Russian listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred
