Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium der Immobilienwirtschaft oder in Ingenieurwissenschaften mit Bezug zur Immobilienwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Immobilienverwaltung
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere MS Excel und MS PowerPoint, sowie SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität mit operativen und analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie kundenorientiert, selbständige Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Portfoliomanagement in Verbindung mit Geschäftsstandards (Analyse, Steuerung und Optimierung des Portfolios) in Abstimmung mit den Abteilungen Produktion und Business Development
• Entwicklung der Immobilienstrategie
• Vorantreiben der Optimierung des Immobilienportfolios
• Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Immobilienstrategie unter wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten sowie der Wahrung der Eigentümerinteressen
• Erstellung von Portfolioanalysen, Berichten und Businessplänen
• Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen, Protokollen und Genehmigungen
• Kaufmännische Steuerung des zu verantwortenden Teilportfolios einschließlich der Überwachung aller Dienstleister
• Erarbeitung und Abgabe von Empfehlungen für den Verkauf, Kauf, Tausch und Rückbau von Antennenmasten und Gebäuden
• Entwicklung und Abgabe von Empfehlungen für den Verkauf, Ankauf und Rückbau von Antennenmasten und Gebäuden
• Festlegung der spezifischen Strategie für die Vermietung der Immobilie

• Rentabilitätsanalysen, Prüfung und Genehmigung von Verkaufsvorschlägen (pro Standort) sowie umfassende

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed university or technical college degree in real estate management or in engineering sciences related to real estate or a comparable professional qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of property management
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as SAP application knowledge
• Strong service mentality with operational and analytical skills as well as customer-oriented, independent way of working
• High degree of flexibility, commitment and ability to work in a team
• Confident professional appearance and strong negotiating skills as well as willingness to travel on official business

Your Responsibilities:

• Portfolio management together with business standards (analysis, control and optimisation of the portfolio) in coordination with the Production and Business Development departments
• Developing the real estate strategy
• Drive forward the optimisation of the property portfolio
• Ensuring the implementation of the property strategy from a commercial point of view as well as safeguarding the owner interests
• Preparation of portfolio analyses, reports and business plans
• Preparation of decision papers, presentations, minutes and approvals
• Commercial management of the sub-portfolio for which responsibility is to be assumed, including monitoring of all service providers
• Develop and provide recommendations for the sale, purchase, exchange and dismantling of antenna masts and buildings.
