Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Rollout Projektleiter (m/w/d) in Bayern / Hessen / Stuttgart / Dresden oder Hannover.

Ihr Profil:

• Umfassende Kenntnisse der Prozesse im Bereich der Telekommunikationstechnik sowie gute Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Abläufe im Bereich der Realisierung/Bau von Telekommunikationsprojekten.
• Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)
• Erfahrung in Rollout-Projekten, insbesondere in der Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Access-Mobilfunkstandorten
• Gute Kommunikations- und Informationsfähigkeiten
• Konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken und Arbeiten sowie Planungs-, Organisations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Als Experte für den Mobilfunkausbau sind Sie für den Auf- und Ausbau der 1&1 Systemtechnik (Funk/Glasfaser) verantwortlich.
• Im Rahmen der Projekte stellen Sie den regelkonformen Aufbau nach den Vorgaben der Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA) sicher (Standortzertifizierung).
• Sie sind verantwortlich für Neu-, Um- oder Rückbauprojekte und entwickeln Sonderlösungen für projektspezifische Maßnahmen.
• Sie erstellen selbstständig Projekt- und Terminpläne und halten diese ein, ebenso wie eine effiziente Ressourcenplanung.
• Sie koordinieren Systemtechniklieferanten und Baupartner, sind verantwortlich für die Einholung und Prüfung von Angeboten, den Kostenrahmen und die Durchsetzung technischer und rechtlicher Vorschriften.
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Abnahme der zu erbringenden Installations- und Integrationsleistungen in terminlicher und qualitativer Hinsicht bis zur Übergabe an den Netzbetreiber.
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung des projekt- bzw. technologiespezifischen Rollout-Budgets unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen.

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Rollout Project Lead (m/f/d) in Bavaria/ Hesse / Stuttgart / Dresden or Hannover.

Your Profile:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the processes in the field of telecommunication technology as well as good knowledge of the processes and workflows in the field of realisation/construction of telecommunication projects.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Experience in rollout projects, mainly in installation and commissioning in access mobile radio sites
• Good communication and information skills
• Conceptual and analytical thinking and working as well as planning, organisational and decision-making skills.

Your responsibilities:

• As an expert in mobile network expansion, you will be responsible for setting up and rolling out 1&1’s system technology (radio/fibre).
• In the course of the projects, you will ensure the compliant construction in accordance with the specifications of the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) (site certification).
• You are responsible for new construction, conversion or dismantling projects and develop special solutions for project-specific measures.
• You independently draw up and adhere to project schedules and deadlines as well as efficient resource planning.
• You coordinate system technology suppliers and construction partners, are responsible for obtaining and checking offers, the cost framework and the enforcement of technical and legal regulations.
• You are responsible for monitoring and accepting the installation and integration services to be provided in terms of deadlines and quality until they are handed over to the network operator.
• You are responsible for adherence to the project- or technology-specific rollout budget, taking into account the economic, technical and legal framework conditions.
