8+ years of Radio Network Optimization experience in total (GSM/UMTS/LTE)
5+ years of Radio Network Optimization experience in Huawei GUL networks.
Strong experience in leading a team and developing customer relation.
Strong knowledge of Huawei system, parameters, features, counters and KPIs.
Strong analytical skills, should be able to handle complex tasks, analyse problems, provide solutions on his own.
Able to work as a team player as well as performing tasks on his own.
