RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a RF Installation Engineer (m/f/d) in South Africa for a contract.

Your Profile:

• The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision and telecoms installation experience of 2G/3G/4G/5G with BTS /site upgrade/Swap/ RF / Microwave / Transmission equipment
• Must have knowledge of BTS site build quality standards, equipment installation standards and basic software commissioning
• The candidate may require an appropriate relevant qualification and 5 years up of related experience
• Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Tower climbing Certificate
• Health certificate (allowed to work on heights)
• Driver license
• Valid SA ID or Passport and SA work permit, for foreign nationals
• No criminal records (if a candidate does not have it, they can provide a No criminal affidavit from the Police station prior to the start)

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervising the installation, acceptance, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of BTS sites in the field to ensure quality and adherence to the implementation schedule
• Ensuring compliance to customer specifications and company requirements
• Performing a variety of tasks
• Leading and directing the work of others
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
