• Supports the Country and location Leads in order to get the Rollout initiation, preparation, execution and completion according to global transition project processes and principles.

• Acts as interface to all relevant global project work streams

• Identifies and tracks issues identified in the countries in cooperation with other project work streams

• Supports the location Managers regarding tasks and approvals according to the changing needs of the project

• Prioritising country & location planning control the process and provide support, as necessary.

• Timely provision of Status Reports, Rollout Plan etc.

• Drive Weekly team meetings and represent the work stream in weekly global team meetings

• Escalation point for country leads

CoCo tasks / Support PMO:

• Communication interface: Interface to all provider workstreams / to internal regional workstreams

• Streamline communication

• Provide input to PMO according deliverable- and project-plan

• Keep regions involved and informed

• Wrap up feedback and regions input

Support GSA and subworkstreams:

• Support data gathering

• Follow up deliverables: Templates, Checklists, Questionnaires

• Gather requirements out of the regions for FMO

Closely gather and maintain:

• Regional part of global Tracking List / Location list and Local contact list
