• Participation in the strategic planning of our area expansion for the placement of our In-house, campus and urban telecommunications solutions

• Management of rental processes

• Autonomous processing, analysis and documentation of contract documents

• Responsibility of contract data in our databases

• Creation and provision of profitability analyses, documentation and status reports

• Active cooperation with the operational departments and with the Finance department

The Requirement Profile

• A completed real estate law, legal or economics (University) study or a comparable education or activity in the Real estate, with work experience

• A good knowledge in the fields of real estate and tenancy law and the interest and the willingness to develop further in this regard

• Technical affinity and interest in mobile communications, as well as the willingness to engage in this regard to develop further

• Knowledge about requirements for mobile sites and network architectures would be an advantage, are not a requirement

• Entrepreneurial personality with communication skills and negotiation skills

• Interest and the ability to adapt to different personalities

• Analytical and communication skills, organisational talent

• Ability to work independently as well as to work in a team

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Fluent German and good command of spoken and written English
