Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Projektmanager für die Koordination der Bauarbeiten (m/w/d) in Zürich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verwaltung und Kontrolle der verschiedenen Programme im Rahmen der TLC-Infrastrukturimplementierung: Neubau, Umbau, Änderungen, Rückbau und EHS-Konformität
• Festlegung von Fristen, Zuweisung von Verantwortlichkeiten, Überwachung und Zusammenfassung des Projektfortschritts. Erstellung von Berichten für das obere Management über den Stand des Projekts
• Lieferantenmanagement für die Entwicklung der mobilen Standortinfrastruktur, präventive und korrektive Wartung, Modernisierung der Infrastruktur, Qualitätskontrollen vor Ort
• Steuerung und Kontrolle von Ausschreibungen und Entwicklung von Angebots- und Bestellprozessen
• Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards gemäß den internen Richtlinienanforderungen und den lokalen Sicherheitsvorschriften (EHS)
• Koordinierung interner Ressourcen und Dritter/Anbieter für die einwandfreie Durchführung von Projekten
• Sicherstellung, dass alle Umsetzungsprojekte pünktlich, innerhalb des Umfangs und des Budgets geliefert werden
• Entwicklung eines detaillierten Projektplans zur Überwachung und Verfolgung der Fortschritte bei der Umsetzung vor Ort
• Verwaltung von Änderungen des Projektumfangs, des Projektzeitplans und der Projektkosten unter Einsatz geeigneter Überprüfungsverfahren
• Messung der Projektleistung mit Hilfe geeigneter Instrumente und Techniken
• Berichterstattung und Eskalation an das Management nach Bedarf
• Durchführung von Risikomanagement zur Minimierung von Projektrisiken
• Erstellung und Pflege einer umfassenden Projektdokumentation, Verwaltung des Netzwerkinventars

Ihr Profil:

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Bauingenieurwesen
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der TLC/ICT-Branche in gleicher Funktion und Verantwortung
• Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Management von Bauprojekten
• Fähigkeit zum Umgang mit Zulieferern mit Fokus auf effektive Leistungsergebnisse und Kostenkontrolle
• Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden und interner Kommunikation
• Solide organisatorische Fähigkeiten, einschließlich Aufmerksamkeit für Details und-Fähigkeiten

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Project Manager for the Coordination of the Civils Works (m/f/d) in Zurich.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and control the various programs within the TLC infrastructure implementation: new construction, reconstruction, modifications, deconstruction and EHS compliance
• Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize project progress. Prepare reports for senior management on the status of the project
• Vendor management for mobile site infrastructure development, preventive and corrective maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, on-site quality controls
• Management and control of tenders and development of bidding and ordering processes
• Ensure quality standards are met in accordance with internal policy requirements and local safety regulations (EHS)
• Coordinate internal resources and third party/vendors for flawless execution of projects
• Ensure all implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of implementation in the field
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate review procedures
• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, manage network inventory

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in the TLC/ICT industry in the same role and responsibility
• Proven professional experience in the management of construction projects
• Ability to deal with subcontractors with a focus on effective performance outcomes and cost control
• Excellent customer interaction and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and capability
