Geforderte Kompetenzen

• Studium/Weiterbildung/kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilien (oder vgl.)
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Mietverträge und Grundkenntnisse im Baurecht
• Erste Erfahrungen mit dem Erwerb/der Anmietung/Verpachtung von Gewerbeimmobilien
• Erfahrung in der Akquise von Mobilfunkstandorten ist von Vorteil
• Strukturierte Bearbeitung mehrerer Projekte parallel

Sprachkenntnisse

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben

• Zusammenarbeit mit und Koordination von Auftragnehmern (Akquisedienstleister)
• Koordination des gesamten Akquiseprozesses inklusive Akquiseaufträge
• Überprüfung von Mietverträgen für neue Mobilfunkstandorte (Mast- und Dachstandorte)
• Sicherung der Einhaltung der vertraglichen Interessen von ATC
• Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
• Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Prozesse

Required Skills

• Study/further training/commercial training in the field of real estate (or cf.)
• Initial experience in the area of rental agreements and basic knowledge of construction law
• Initial experience with the acquisition/rental/rental of commercial real estate
• Experience in acquiring mobile phone sites is an advantage
• Structured processing of several projects in parallel

Language

• Fluent written and spoken German skills

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with and coordination of contractors (acquisition service providers)
• Coordination of the entire acquisition process including acquisition orders
• Review of rental (rental) agreements for new mobile phone sites (mast and roof sites)
• Ensuring compliance with ATC’s contractual interests
• Preparation of tender documents
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of our processes
