Create and manage project plan
Project quality management
Subcontractor management
Strict timeline follow-up
Regular meetings
AP tracking
Project reporting
Dashboard management
Budget tracking and control
Data analysis, PowerPoint/ excel sheets

Experience

Minimum 5 Years’ experience in project management, ideally in the field of civil works, real estate and telecommunications
Experience to manage and monitor subcontractors
Capable to provide project quality analytics and improvements
Understanding of infrastructure lease contracts
