RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Project Manager (m/f/d) in Mexico.

Your Profile and Responsibilities:

• Define reporting template and set up the region information flow system
• Set up and maintain the region planning integration
• Rollout plan and progress tracking, as well as update into ISDP daily, ensuring the data information quality and synchronize any gap ASAP
• Region progress tracking and analyze gap details, track until gap is closed
• Regional issues management: registering, tracking, escalation and closing
• Communication management: support RPM to communicate and report to the customer
• Leading internal meetings, subcontractor meetings and reporting to national the national level
• Cooperation management (Internal requirement and outer requirement)

Your Daily Activities:

• Region Integration Plan and rolling plan update into ISDP
• Daily progress update into ISDP
• Daily Progress Report
• Gap Analysis
• Issue Management Log and any other presentation slides if needed
• Change management and tracking
