Aufgabenbereich:

• Projektübergreifende Zusammenführung aus den Projekten für das Programm, insbesondere im Risiko- und Vertrags-/Nachtragsmanagement
• Operatives Risiko- und Vertrags-/Nachtragsmanagement für das Programm
• Kommunikationsschnittstelle/Regelaustausch
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Project Management Office (PMO) und Entwicklung von Standards für das Programm
• Zielgruppenorientierte Umsetzung der Standards durch Workshops/ Meetings
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Programmrichtlinien und Anweisungen
• Mitarbeit in Fachverbänden/Arbeitskreisen
• Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften im Verantwortungsbereich
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben aus dem TZ und anderer Standards aus übergeordneter Programmsicht
• Aktive Analyse von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP) in den Projekten aus Programmsicht
• Akquisition von Aufträgen und Entwicklung von Konzepten im Breitbandausbau
• Budget- und Ressourcenplanung inkl. Reporting
• Marktanalysen
• Produktentwicklung und -schulung
• Prozess- und Leistungsspezifikationen
• Spezifikationen und Zertifizierungen im Verantwortungsbereich

Für die Position erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Berufserfahrung:

• Gute Kenntnisse der PC-Standardanwendungen
• Projektleiter-Erfahrung
• Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse

Tasks:

• Cross-project consolidation of the PM disciplines from the projects for the programme, especially in risk and contract/supplement management
• Operational risk and contract/supplement management for the programme
