Aufgabenbereich:

• Durchführung des Controllings für das übergeordnete Breitbandprogramm und die einzelnen Clusterprojekte des Programms
• Ermittlung von Baufortschritts- und Aufwandskennzahlen (Plan, Forecast, Ist)
• Ermittlung von Cashflow- und Ertragskennzahlen aus dem Abgleich von Ausgaben und Fördermitteleingängen
• Analyse von Abweichungen (Einholung von Informationen und Stellungnahmen von Clustermanagern und Auftragnehmern Planung / Überwachung / Dokumentation und Tiefbau)
• Überwachung der Rentabilität und Liquidität des Programms, periodische Neuberechnung des Business Case
• Entwicklung von Berichten und Reporting-Anwendungen

Für die Position erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Berufserfahrung:

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten, insbesondere MS Excel
• Analytische und problemlösende Arbeitsweise

RIZE’s client, a regional network provider, is looking to recruit a Program Controller (m/f/d) in Schwerin on a freelance basis.

Tasks:

• Implementation of controlling for the overarching broadband programme and the individual cluster projects in the programme
• Determination of construction progress and expenditure indicators (plan, forecast, actual)
• Determination of cash flow and income ratios from reconciliation of expenditures with funding receipts
• Analysis of deviations (obtaining information and opinions from cluster managers and contractors; planning / monitoring / documentation and civil engineering)
• Monitoring programme profitability and liquidity, periodic recalculation of the business case
• Development of reports and reporting applications

Skills and Experience required for the role:

• Fluent in German
• Confident handling of MS Office products, especially MS Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
