Sie / er ist verantwortlich für Besprechungen vor Ort mit dem Kunden, den öffentlichen Verwaltungen (Rathäuser, Straßen). Sie / er ist auch für das Gespräch mit dem Personal vor Ort (Maschinenfahrer, Bediener …) verantwortlich Als Erleichterung der Arbeit wird es eine Verbindung zwischen dem Büro und der Baustelle sein. Sie / er wird für den Empfang von Materialien, die Suche nach Ersatzteilen für die Maschinen, die Suche nach Subunternehmern oder sogar die Suche nach Unterkünften oder Lagerplätzen verantwortlich sein Person muss Deutsch und Englisch sprechen. Spanisch ist nicht notwendig, es wäre für uns interessant, wenn sie / er Deutsch mit den Arbeitern spricht (sie sprechen kein Deutsch), daher muss sie / er proaktiv sein. Mit Führerschein das Unternehmen wird ein Auto zur Verfügung stellen.

This profile should be technical (construction or telecommunication engineer). The work will be 90% time in construction site and 10% in the office. She/he will be responsible for meetings on site with the customer, public administrations (town halls, roads (öffentliche Verwaltungen). She/ will also be in charge of talking to the site personnel (machine drivers, operators…) as well as facilitating the work. It will be a link between the office and the construction site. She/he will be in charge of receiving materials, looking for spare parts for the machines, search for subcontractors or even looking for accommodation or storage places. This person must speak German and English. Spanish is not necessary, it would be interesting for us if she/he speaks German to the workers (they don’t speak German), therefore she/he must be proactive. With driving licence, the company will provide a car.

Este perfil debe ser técnico (ingeniero de construcción o telecomunicaciones). La obra será en un 90% en obra y un 10% en oficina. Será responsable de las reuniones in situ con el cliente, las administraciones públicas (ayuntamientos, carreteras (öffentliche Verwaltungen). También se encargará de hablar con el personal de la obra (maquinistas, operarios …). como facilitador del trabajo. Será un enlace entre la oficina y la obra. Se encargará de recibir materiales, buscar repuestos para las máquinas, buscar subcontratistas o incluso buscar lugares de alojamiento o almacenamiento. La persona debe hablar alemán e inglés. El español no es necesario, sería interesante para nosotros si habla alemán a los trabajadores (no hablan alemán), por lo tanto debe ser proactivo. Con carnet de conducir, la empresa proporcionará un coche.
