RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a PCM Manager (m/f/d) in Nigeria.

Your Profile and Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills, focus on customer requirements
• Responsible for final project deliverable, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve customer success
• Experience in managed services and familiarity with basic services preferred
• Experience in key project delivery and basic project management skills such as project progress, quality, and risks
• Be able to identify key risks in project delivery and provide countermeasures to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery
• Strong operational capabilities and project leadership, streamline internal and external projects, and collaborate with the project team to achieve phased objectives
• Focus on customer engagement capabilities, ensure and improve customer satisfaction
• Take charge of project operation compliance and ensure that project delivery complies with the management regulations and regulations related to the company and the “contract” with the customer
