Daily Activities

Requirement

Define reporting template and set up region information flow system;
Set up and maintain region planning integration;
Roll-out plan and progress tracking and update into ISDP by daily, ensure the data information quality, and synchronise any gap ASAP;
Region progress tracking and analyse gap details, track until gap close;
Regional issues management: register, tracking, escalation and close;
Communication management: support RPM to communicate and report to customer, internal meeting, subcon meeting, and reporting to national;
Cooperation management ( Internal requirement and outer requirement).
