Understand the professional knowledge of the ten domains of project management. such as change management, communication management, financial management, risk management, progress management, scope management, and stakeholder management.
Be familiar with the integrated delivery mode of projects in the telecom industry, and have general knowledge of contracts, subcontracting, procurement, and commercial affairs.
Be familiar with the basic principles and knowledge of the telecom industry.
It is required that the applicant has relevant PCM experience
