RIZE’s client is looking to recruit an Optimization Manager (m/f/d) in Spain.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the administrative and technical activities of the Network Optimization team
• Manage the optimization team to supervise preliminary radio network design
• Manage and report on the coverage design of the network
• Define and implement network optimization strategies and parameter modification standards
• Plan / forecast activities to improve network coverage quality and performance for all team member
• Budget estimation, cost control, progress and quality management for optimization and team activities
• Launch DT&CQT test and analyse measurements result
• Manpower resource plan and management
• Arrange the work for all optimization team members
• Manage the team member to collect, analyse, oversee and improve the network KPI
• Arrange the team member for DT&CQT test and analyse measurements result
• Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues
• Perform any other assignments according to superior request
• Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation
• Take all kinds of technical trainings and improve the skills in regards with RF Optimization

Your Profile:

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
• 7 years experience in network optimization field
• Understand WCDMA/GSM/CDMA call processing, handover process and algorithms
• Solid knowledge of (WCN/CS/PS/RAN) and technologies as a significant differentiator
• Team leader with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication skill
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to work in shifts or in a flexible program, if necessary
• Must have a thoroughly understanding of principle of WCDMA/GSM/CDMA telecommunication
• Have good knowledgeable with transmission system CORE system, RAN system, computers and TCP/IP networks
• Other manufacturers’ equipment experience is a plus
