Learned at least three and master at least two of the knowledge about MS-OTN/ASON/MDS6600/MDS6630&FD&OD&OPASSIST/RAMAN/Coherent Technology/OTN swap SDH/OSS/etc
Master at least two of the basic principle of SDH/WDM/MW.
Learned and Delivered at least two types of 9800 series/8800 6800 series/1800 series/SDH/RTN.
Have experience of new build and expansion scenario on living network.
Have the capability of U2000 operation, installation, upgrading, handling fault of U2000.
Understand the Process of hardware installation, Have the capability of quality management. Have the capability of EHS management.
Have the capability to analysis and handle normal alarm and fault. For complex alarm and fault, can handle it under guidance of remote support.
Know and have the capability to operate the tool of OTDR/OSA/Smart Bit/Fibre Fusing/etc.
Understand the framework and basic part of ITR process
Have the capability to design WDM/SDH/MW network.
