Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT- oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Berufserfahrung in der Telekommunikationsbranche, insbesondere im technischen Backoffice und/oder Kundensupport, ist von Vorteil
• Grundkenntnisse des Mobilfunks (GSM/UMTS/IMS) und der Protokolle (SS7, SIP) sind wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in der Analyse von Schnittstellen und Protokollen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
• Selbständiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
• Mobile CN Sprachverständnis
• Verständnis der Signalisierung
• Erfahrung mit CN Back Office

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Operative Tätigkeiten im Bereich des mobilen CN Voice
• Bearbeitung von Netztickets und Kundentickets
• Unterstützung von Software-Upgrades
• Integration, Test und Einführung von neuen Funktionen und Produkten
• Operative Unterstützung des Testlabors
• 24x7 Bereitschaftsdienst (ca. alle 4 - 5 Wochen)

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed IT or comparable training
• Professional experience in the telecommunications industry, especially in the technical back office and/or customer support, is of an advantage
• Basic knowledge of mobile communications (GSM/UMTS/IMS) and protocols (SS7, SIP…) are desirable
• Experience in the analysis of interfaces and protocols
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Understanding of Mobile CN Voice
• Understanding of Signalling
• CN Back Office experience

Your Responsibilities:

• Operational activities in the area of mobile CN Voice
• Processing of network tickets and customer tickets
• Support of software upgrades
• Integration, testing and introduction of new features and products
• Operational support of the test lab
• 24x7 on-call service (approx. every 4 - 5 weeks)
