Most Important Skills:
Build, operate and further develop managed security and network infrastructures for our customers
Analyse and resolve faults in 1st / 2nd level support
Participation in the on-call organization
Ideally practical experience or certification from Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba, LAN / WLAN, Cisco IronPort, Airlock WAF, Extreme LAN / WLAN
MUST speak German and English – to communicate with customers
