• Sites candidate recons, evaluation, approvals, and auditing to determine suitability and availability for collocation etc.
• Provision of technical support for zoning hearings and inter-modulation studies when required or necessary
• Inspection, evaluation and approval of engineering and construction drawings to confirm they meet specifications and design requirements.
• Design and develop test plans and test cases for Microwave Transmission Networks.
• Provides network deployment and support for Huawei customers and third-party suppliers on deployment projects and programs.
• Provides customers with voice/data network technical support including problem escalation resolution and takes responsibility for customer satisfaction with equipment and servicing.
• Work closely with service bidding team for RFP response and costing analysis.
• Work closely with procurement department for local service supplier assessment and qualification.
• Work closely with Product Verification teams, R&D, Project Management, Customer Support, Sales & Marketing, and third-party vendors to coordinate technical solutions.
