Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in telecom or equivalent degree
5 years of experience in big Microwave Systems (more than 1500 hops), - this should include strong experience with Huawei, Ericsson, NSN products etc.
At least working with microwave in the past 3 years, such data configuration /commissioning/ link troubleshooting and optimization.
Technology skills in other vendor products will be considered.
Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team.
Strong leadership, team and project management skills and experience with a variety of telecom projects.
International work and multi project experience is desired.
Familiar with IP transmission principle, able to design OM, Clock and Signalling network
Familiar with the Microwave Architecture, Interface and Protocols.
