5 years and above telecom experience

• Work for MW planning activities, such as link design, frequency planning, and bandwidth planning
• Experience with Customer MW/ Transport Network Management tools Pathloss, iRiver or Ellipse
• Experienced in Microwave product delivery
• Experienced in OMC integration, troubleshooting, and Microwave solution design
• Follow the progress of implementation and integration, managing the daily progress of the OMC team to achieve the target
• MW delivery management with supplier and delivery team
• Support other teams for any requirement related to MW
• L2 technical support in troubleshooting any problems related to MW.- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly
• High sense of responsibility, very good and aggressive work attitude, continuously study technique, good at communication and teamwork
• Can use English to work, speak, read and write
• Can work under high pressure and can continuously work overtime
