  • 5 years on Network KPI Improvement.
  • Familiar with KPIs and Counters, including Accessibility, Mobility, Retain-ability KPIs.
  • More than 3 years on LTE OSS Optimisation, especially on Throughout Improvement.
  • Good at integration and troubleshooting on major KPI degradation’s.
  • Good at communication with customer on technical issues.
  • Good English Skills.
