Logistics is responsible for the complete material handling required for new locations, swaps or extensions within the Telefonica mobile network. According to Telefonica specifications, the corresponding system technology components are procured, controlled and provided. The logistics department controls and controls the entire material flow between customer, logistics service provider and subcontractor.

Interfaces between customer, supplier, subcontractor and internal company parts

• Processing and plausibility check of the required materials for the construction project based on the execution planning for Huawei Equipment
• Coordination of the reported material issue with the site manager in case of significant deviations
• Creation of system technology Material Order suggestions to the customer
• Processing and correction of material Order rejections of the customer (rejects) and, if necessary, in coordination with the site manager
• Creation of material reservations in the customer system (Netsite)
• Processing and control of material releases (deliveries)
• Coordination of material orders and ensuring availability on the implementation date
• Processing and control of material returns of Subco’s
• Data maintenance in internal and external databases (SAP, Netsite)
• Processing inquiries from employees, suppliers, customers and our warehouse staff
• Advice and support of DIM handling according to the procedure instruction Insyte / TEF
• Coordination and control of DIM HW to CTDI Warehouse, the disposal company of TEF
• Support of SUBs for identification of old hardware “Hardware classification according to TEF specification”, up to transport preparation
• If necessary, cooperation in the Insyte warehouses, testing of old hardware according to TEF classification

Qualification (training, work experience, IT skills, soft skills)

• Completed technical education or a comparable qualification with relevant professional practice
• Deepened understanding of system technology Nokia / Huawei
• A high degree of initiative, flexibility, communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Safe handling of tools and databases (MS Office, SAP)
• Good German and English in spoken and written
• Telefonica process knowledge and understanding of complex technical relationships are beneficial
