Top 3 Fähigkeiten:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Gute Kenntnisse im Baurecht, HOAI und VOB
• Gute Kenntnisse der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes

Aufgaben:

• Kosten- und termingerechte Umsetzung aller Neubaumaßnahmen und komplexer Umbaumaßnahmen
• Überwachung und Durchführung von öffentlichen Genehmigungsverfahren
• Bauliche und technische Planung, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von technischen, gesetzlichen und DFMG-spezifischen Vorschriften und Vorgaben
• Durchführung von technischen Baukontrollen
• Prüfung und Freigabe von Angeboten, Planungsunterlagen und Aufmaßen
• Sicherstellung der Betreiber- und Eigentümerpflichten an den Standorten während der Planungs- und Bauphase
• Pflege der relevanten DFMG-IT-Systeme

Top 3 skills:

• Completed technical studies (e.g. structural engineering, electrical engineering, supply engineering) or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of construction law, HOAI and VOB
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety

Responsibilities:

• Cost and timely implementation of all new construction measures and complex conversion measures
• Supervision and implementation of public approval procedures
• Structural and technical planning, ensuring compliance with technical, legal and DFMG-specific regulations and specifications
• Carrying out technical building inspections
• Checking and approving offers, planning documents and measurements
• Ensuring operator and owner obligations at locations during planning and construction phases
• Maintenance of relevant DFMG IT systems
