Job Description
- Run large or small improvement and/or development initiatives in the IT department
- Coordinate cross-team projects
- Support the IT managers with documentation, reporting and analysis
- Facilitate meetings and workshops regarding improvements and needs-mapping
- Contribute to analysis, architecture, and planning of activities
- Document technical solutions, architecture and processes
Qualifications
- Agile mindset, experience with Agile processes, and preferably experience from enterprise agility
- Good technical/IT competence, and preferably technical background
- Structured and forward-thinking; good at taking initiative and managing processes
- Experience as a technical project manager
- Experience with coordinating IT and Commercial
