• Analyse and understanding the current carrier IP network
• Design the target solution of carrier IP network, include low level design and site detail design
• Implement the solution of carrier IP network, include commissioning, acceptance test and service migration etc.
• Maintain the carrier IP network, recover the network and make trouble-shooting if network issue happens

Responsibilities

• Deliver IP project as a technical engineer in all the countries of Latin America
• Train the project technical team to understand the network solution
• Join the technical meeting of customer, demonstrate and lead the customer for technical solutions.
• Report the technical weekly topics of the project in time, manage the project identified risks and issues.
• Comply all the process and rules of company and project team
• Able to self-learn and manage the latest IP solution like SDN solutions.

Key Competences and Qualifications (include knowledge, skills, abilities)

Education: Bachelor Degree or above

Specialities: At least 6 years of IP project delivery experiences, CCNP/CCIE/HCIE is better

Experience

• At least 6 years working experience of IP product/solution in telecom industry
• Have experience of IPRAN, IPCORE, ME design and implementation, with SDN experience is better.

Knowledge

• Professional with IP technical, like IGP, BGP, MPLS, L3VPN/L2VPN, IPv6, QoS, CGNAT, Multicast
• Professional with currently main IP solution like IPRAN, IPCORE, Metro Network, DCN Network etc.
• Fluently using English and Spanish

Skills

• Good communication ability with supervises, colleagues and customers.
• Good cooperating ability with project team members.
