RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a IP Engineer (m/f/d) in Mexico.

• Your Profile:
  • Key Competences and Qualifications (include knowledge, skills, abilities,
  • Education: Bachelor Degree or above
  • Specialties: CCIE/HCIE/JNCIE are preferred
  • CCNP etc. with strong technical background are acceptable
  • At least 10 years working experience of IP product/solution in telecom industry
  • Have experience of IPRAN, IPCORE, Metro network design and implementation, with SDN experience is better.
  • Have Cisco/Juniper/ALU company working experience or carrier company working experience

  Your Knowledge and Skills:

  • Professional with IP technical, like IGP, BGP, MPLS, L3VPN/L2VPN, IPv6, QoS, CGNAT
  • Professional with currently main IP solution like IPRAN, IPCORE, Metro, SDN
  • Fluently using English and Spanish
  • Good communication ability with supervises, colleagues and customers
  • Good cooperating ability with project team members
  • Willing to travel in the Latin American country
• Your Responsibilities:
• Objectives-Oriented
• Lead the analysing the current carrier IP network, include Huawei, Cisco or other venders, identify the network bottle neck
• Lead the target carrier IP network design, include solution review, low level design and site detail design
• Lead the project deployment for the solution of carrier IP network, include guiding installation, commissioning, and acceptance test
• Lead the team for service migration operations and guarantee the operation result and obey the procedures

• Support the carrier IP network maintenance, lead the network recover and make trouble-shooting if network issue happens

  Unique responsibilities:

  • Deliver IP project as a technical leader in all the countries of Latin America
  • Provide training and skill transfer plan to the local project technical team during project delivery
  • Join the technical meeting of customer, lead the technical discuss with customer and convince customer from technical aspect
  • Identify the key technical risks of the project, manage and escalate major issues and guarantee the technical smooth delivery
  • Comply all the process and rules of company and project team.
  • Able to self-learn and manage the latest Huawei IP solution like SDN solutions
