Job Description
- Management and controlling of the different programs within the TLC infra implementation scope: New build, reconstructions, modifications, dismantling and EHS compliance’s
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Supplier management for mobile site infrastructure development, preventive and corrective maintenance, infrastructure modernisation, on site quality checks
- Steering and controlling of tenders and development of offer and order processes
- Ensuring quality standards according to internal guidelines requirements and local safety regulations (EHS)
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of projects implementation
- Ensure that all implementation projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track on-site implementation progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, network inventory management
- Meet with customers counterparts to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’ s degree in Civil Work Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in TLC/ICT industry in the same role and responsibility
