• Management and controlling of the different programs within the TLC infra implementation scope: New build, reconstructions, modifications, dismantling and EHS compliance’s
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Supplier management for mobile site infrastructure development, preventive and corrective maintenance, infrastructure modernisation, on site quality checks
• Steering and controlling of tenders and development of offer and order processes
• Ensuring quality standards according to internal guidelines requirements and local safety regulations (EHS)
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of projects implementation
• Ensure that all implementation projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track on-site implementation progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, network inventory management
• Meet with customers counterparts to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’ s degree in Civil Work Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in TLC/ICT industry in the same role and responsibility
