Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Umweltmanagement/Arbeitssicherheit oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Verwaltung eines Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltprogramms
• Überprüfung der HSE-Vorschriften auf Aktualität und neue Trends sowie Umsetzung neuer Vorschriften
• Koordination des externen SIGEKO-Dienstleisters, der auf unseren zahlreichen Baustellen in Deutschland tätig ist
• Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter für die Sicherheitspflichten (einschließlich Schulungen)
• Überwachung der Einhaltung von Umweltvorschriften im Unternehmen
• Überwachung und Kontrolle der Tätigkeiten des Unternehmens und Dritter unter dem Gesichtspunkt des Umweltschutzes

RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a H&S Manager (m/f/d) in Munich.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of environmental management/occupational safety or comparable training.
• Good communication skills in German and English (oral and written)

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation and management of a health, safety and environmental program
• Reviewing HSE regulations to ensure they are up to date and in line with emerging trends and implement new regulations
• Coordination of the external SIGEKO service provider, who works on our numerous construction sites throughout Germany
• Carrying out security audits and raising employee awareness of security obligations (including training)
• Monitoring compliance with environmental regulations in the company
• Monitoring and control of the activities of the company and third parties from the point of view of environmental protection
