RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a Group Operations Director (m/f/d) in Reading (UK).

Your profile:

• Previous experience in a similar role in multinational companies;
• Proven track record in establishing and developing training and delivery centres;
• Able to work at multiple locations/clients;
• Open-minded and innovative personality;
• Performance oriented mindset.

Your responsibilities:

• Focus on operations process design across the operating subsidiaries;
• Perform audits in all operations locations to define improvements and ensure the design, and implementation of a change management approach;
• Leading and coaching the regional teams toward the common objective: ‘Operational Excellence;
• Guide the improvements to the services managed by our operations teams, in line with contractual outputs and customer needs;
• Define, design, and ensure the rollout of an Operations Strategy;
• Develop, implement, and review suitable short and long-term plans in order to achieve assigned country objectives such as the profit plan, strategic growth plan, human resource organizational capability plan;
• Attract and develop employees. Establish and develop training, and delivery centres at cost-effective locations for developing the required employee’s capabilities, in terms of knowledge and skills, starting with the onboarding;
• Foster an environment of Employee Engagement by embracing a “First time right” and “Continuous Improvement” culture:
• Improve overall countries’ operational performance.
