RIZE’s client is looking to recruit a General Manager (m/f/d) in Milan, Italy.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and expansion of the international business market
• Connect with local governments and partners, find project resources, expand sales channels and reserve project information
• Responsible for project development
• Responsible for doing a good job of preliminary project analysis and project evaluation, follow up and get the project running smoothly
• Coordinate the whole process operation of the project, including: sorting, contact, negotiation, coordination, contract signing, project follow-up, etc.
• Responsible for discussing project information with related parties and formulating an annual project work plan
• Responsible for the regional annual mission objectives and lead the team to complete the annual mission objectives

Your Profile:

• Full-time bachelor degree, more than five years of experience in the new energy industry
• Successful case experience in the development of micro-grid, rooftop distributed power station photovoltaic, power station projects is preferred; those with relevant World Bank business are preferred or related products, components and equipment sales experience
• Strong business negotiation, market expansion, project development capabilities, investment and financing background is better
• Familiar with the development process of photovoltaic power plants, have certain overseas resources and be familiar with overseas EPC business models
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills, customer public relations skills and market development skills
